Dehydrated Leek Flakes

Produced from fresh leeks which have been washed, cut, rewashed, hot-air dried, sorted, crushed & sieved. This is an all natural product, containing no additives or preservatives, and may therefore be subject to seasonal colour and flavour variations.

Appearance: Free flowing leek flakes
Size: 10*10MM, 4-5MM, 1-3MM, or other size as required
Color: Green or Green/White
Flavor/Odour: Typical of leek, free from off or objectionable flavours /odours

Microbiological Standards:

E.coli: 10/g Max.
Salmonella: Negative
