Dried apple market situation-April,2016

With spring season starts and comes into April, the climate becomes warm gradually. And with temperature goes up, the fresh apple is not suitable for dehydration due to the solid structure becomes soft which indicates  the production of 2015 crop season harvest season of fresh apple is finished now. Meanwhile the fresh apple market has a tendency to walk out the shadow gradually, which leads to the market of dehydrated apple market come back to active again.   

According to the recent field research, the carryover of the dehydrated apples is about 800mts max for 2015 crop season, which is below the average stock level in the previous years and dehydrated apple market price is estimated to adjust up in the following months till new crop season comes in this Sept.However,in consideration the sluggish exportation market of apple juice, the market is estimated to keep at a relatively lower price  compared to previous years but will see an obvious increase than the current market price level.
