Dried apple market situation-Nov,2015

Since end of this Oct., the harvest season of fresh apple is finished. Compared to the previous years, the carryover of the fresh apple keeps relatively stable. However, due to overstock of fresh apple 2014 crop as well as the sluggish market from exportation, the price of the fresh apple run at the lower level than previous years. And the price advantage of Qinguan variety stimulates the demand of apple juice industry which leads to the recent increase in price of Qinguan variety and impacts the dehydration production. Since the dehydration market is kind of trapped into a dilemma with increased raw material cost and inactive demand from exportation in the same time, the production scale is cut down to some extent at this stage.
